Miss Florence Applegate, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Percy T. Applegate of 746 East Twenty-second street, Brooklyn, and Frank Steup, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Steup of 8553 112th street, Richmond Hill, were married Tuesday evening 06 June 1926 at 8 o'clock, in St. Mark’s Methodist church, Ocean and Beverly road, Brooklyn, by the Rev. Dr. Robert Moore, pastor.

Miss Marie Dordoigne, gowned in pink georgette crepe and carrying pink roses, acted as maid of honor, while serving as bridesmaids were the Misses Beatrice Banner and Grace Charters, gowned in pale orchid crepe and carrying pink roses and pale yellow crepe and carrying tea roses, respectively. Miss Norma Holt as flower girl, wore a frock of blue crepe and carried a pink hat basket filled with rose petals. Wesley Benjamin was best man and Walter Holt, Harry Wollyung, Donald Mirrian and Joseph Slensby were ushers.

The bride's gown was of white satin and lace heavily embroidered in beads. Her veil of tulle and lace was adorned by a coronet of pearls and orange blossoms, and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies-of-the-valley.

Mrs. Applegate, mother of the bride, wore a gown of poudre blue crepe beaded, and a corsage of tea roses. Mrs. Steup, mother of the bridegroom, wore a black lace gown, with a corsage of orchids. A reception followed the ceremony amid white cut flowers, palms and smilax.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Steup will make their home in Brooklyn upon their return from their wedding trip.
